Return & Refund Policy
Every item in our shop is handmade or made from natural shells, with variations in color, shape, and texture that make each piece one of a kind. These variations are part of their charm and are not considered defects.

All sales are final, with one exception: if your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Email us at within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you - your choice, subject to availability.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Change-of-mind returns
Because our items are handmade to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, we're happy to help - just reach out.
